First Aid and Incidents

A first aid kit is located in the timber cabinetry on the West wall of G1.21

Reporting Incidents During dFab Operation

All incidents & accidents must be reported to dFab staff immediately. A Safety and Risk Analysis Hub (S.A.R.A.H) incident report must also be completed.

Reporting Incidents After Hours

All incidents & accidents must be reported to Monash Security on 99032211 immediately.

Storage and Waste Disposal

There is no storage available to staff/students in the dFab's open access areas.

Once you have completed work in these areas please take all items you wish to keep and dispose of any waste or unwanted materials by;

• placing them in the correct skip located in dFab. (General Waste or Cardboard Recycling) OR

• placing them in the bins provided in the concourse.
